The dark confectionary glaze is excellent for decorating various types of desserts.
Use: dissolve the required amount at max. 45°C (if the frosting is heated more, it will start to clump). Then cool to approx. 30°C and the glaze is thus ready for use. If the frosting is too stiff, it can be diluted with 100% fat.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm and shea), whey powder , reduced fat cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder (3.5%), emulsifiers ( E322 soy lecithin and polyglycerol-polyricinoleate), aroma. May contain traces of nuts, milk and soy.
