1. Beat the egg yolks with vanillin and granulated sugar until foamy, add oil and milk and, while constantly beating, sprinkle in flour, cocoa, and instant cocoa powder. Finally, add the baking powder to the pastry and mix to a smooth mixture. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and mix it lightly into the yolk mixture. Pour the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet. Bake in a heated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

2. Using a spoon, make wells in the warm baked corpus at equal distances.

3. Prepare the light cream in the classic way like a pudding. If the pudding starts to thicken, add cubed butter and continue mixing. We pour it on the body and smooth it so that it fits into the holes. We prepare the dark cream in the same way as the light cream. Pour the prepared dark cream over the light vanilla cream. You can sprinkle the top with chocolate and let the cake harden in the refrigerator.
