Gluten-free butter cookies 3 types without egg
- 150 g Cake mix Liana
- 70 g powdered sugar
- 40 g softened butter
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 1 pc Liana vanillin sugar
1. We process all the ingredients into a soft dough, which we put aside for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Roll out the dough on a mat through foil to a thickness of approx. 2-3 mm.
3. Cut rectangles with a spatula and prick with a fork.
4. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 180°C for about 7 minutes.
A good tip:
If we want brown cookies or extra dark cookies, add 2 teaspoons of dark or Extra dark Liana cocoa and 1 additional spoonful of milk to the dough.
