  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 10 slices of ham
  • 5 mushrooms
  • ½ spicy sausage
  • 100 g of hard cheese

  1. Prepare yeast by mixing 100 ml of lukewarm water, sugar and yeast. Let it rise for 10 minutes.
  2. Put Bread mix white Liana, Bakery mix Liana, salt, prepared yeast leaven, remaining water into the food processor and make a compact dough. Let it rise covered for 50-60 minutes.
  3. We prepare a pizza sauce by combining pureed tomatoes, crushed garlic, pizza pepper, oregano and salt.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of approx. 0.5 cm, spread it with the prepared sauce, place the ham, sliced sausage and mushrooms. Sprinkle with coarsely grated cheese and roll into a roll.
  5. Place on a tray lined with baking paper, brush with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approx. 35 minutes.
