- 320 g semi-coarse flour
- 250 g softened butter
- 120 g ground poppy seeds
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 2 egg yolks
Filling
- chocolate-nut cream or jam
- Prepare the dough from all the ingredients and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Roll out the rested dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. We cut out shapes from the dough, e.g. flowers or wheels.
- Line the tray with baking paper and bake at 180-190°C for 10-15 minutes. Once cooled, fill with chocolate-nut cream or jam, connect two wheels and sprinkle with sugar.
