Wafer decoration for cakes or gingerbread houses, made on thick wafer paper using the highest quality certified food coloring. You can cut out individual images with scissors from an A4 sheet.
Ingredients : potato starch, corn starch, sunflower lecithin, food colorings : E110, E104, E133, E122, E102, E124, E151. Coloring E102, E124 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Store in a dry and dark place.

Using the wafer:
1. If the surface of the cake is covered with icing, marzipan or chocolate: spread a thin layer of honey over the area where the wafer is to be applied (just enough to make the surface sticky). Place the wafer on the coated area.
2. If the cake surface is creamy or whipped cream: stick the image using honey on a thin layer of frosting and place on the cake.
You can also apply the image directly to such a surface without using honey, just before handing over or serving the cake. The paper quickly absorbs moisture, can get damp and become damaged.
3. If you want to use the images as a cutout, cover them with fondant and let them harden overnight.
4. You can attach the cut-out image to the cut-out gingerbread or biscuit, turn it upside down and bake, or brush the gingerbread with egg white, attach the image and bake. It is also possible to stick it with wafer glue after baking.
