Liquid food coloring intended for coloring white chocolate and fatty creams.

Usage:
Coloring of white chocolate, chocolate masses, cocoa butter as well as fat-based creams and glazes. Add the dye in very small amounts to the mixture and mix. Add dye until you reach the desired color.

Ingredients: emulsifier: polyglycerol polyricinoleate E476, soy lecithin E322, monoglycerides of fatty acids E471, polysorbate 80 E433, vegetable oil (rapeseed), dyes: E120, E129, antioxidant: rosemary extract E392. Dye E129 can have an adverse effect on the activity and attention of children. Dosage 2.8 g / kg. The dye is not intended for immediate use.
