
Gluten-free minute mug cake
- 2 PL Cake mix Liana
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 egg
- Liana cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
- Pour the cake mix and sugar into the glass, break the egg and pour the oil. Stir the mixture with a fork. Add milk and mix to a smooth dough.
- Put the cup in the microwave oven and turn it on for 3 minutes at the highest power. Let stand in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Before serving, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and serve with white yogurt, fruit and chocolate.
A good tip:
We can add cocoa, nuts (you need to remove the Cake mix), dried fruit, chocolate... to the dough.
