- 1 egg
- 200 ml of white yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 pc Liana vanillin sugar
- 2 spoons of rum or rum flavoring
- pinch of salt
- 130 g Universal mix Liana
- 1/2 Liana baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Liana Lemon Topping
- Mix all the ingredients with a spoon.
- We take it with a spoon, which we previously dipped in oil and put it in the hot oil. Bake until golden on both sides.
- Place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, topped with chocolate-nut cream, jam, chocolate.
