THE ROAD
- 500 g plain flour
- 3 yolks
- 1 piece of fresh yeast
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- pinch of salt
FILLER
- 1 piece of seasoned cottage cheese in a tub
- 1 pc Liana vanillin sugar
- 1 KL lemon peel
- plum jam
- 1 piece Golden cream Liana (milk, sugar according to instructions) or use as needed
- Heat the milk slightly, add sugar, yeast and let it rise.
- When the yeast has risen, add it to the other ingredients and make the dough. Let the dough rise. We can stir it during the fermentation process to get more air into the dough.
- Meanwhile, while the dough is rising, prepare the Golden Cream filling according to the instructions on the package.
- We cut out circles from the dough, put the Golden Cream filling in the middle, then the cottage cheese and finally the jam on the edge of the cookie.
- Bake at 220 °C for about 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle the baked goods with powdered sugar. Bon appetite.
