7 tips for working with Liana gelatin

Gelatin is a source of collagen, the so-called the "elixir of youth", which restores and ensures the good condition of the skin, hair, teeth, tendons, articular cartilage, blood vessels and all connective tissues. In childhood and adolescence, it is essential for the formation of bones, because it creates a network for depositing calcium, and in adulthood it protects the joints from arthrosis. It serves not only to protect joint cartilages and ligaments from premature wear, but also to regenerate and restore them.

BASIC RULES AND GOOD ADVICE WHEN WORKING WITH LIANA GELATIN

Liana clear gelatin / Liana gelatin and hardener 2 in 1 can be dissolved in 2 ways :

1, pour the required amount of gelatin into the liquid and let it swell for 20 minutes. Heat the swollen gelatin until the crystals dissolve. This method is more suitable when working with milk, because it is thicker than water and to avoid lumps.

2, pour the required amount of gelatin into the hot liquid and stir until the crystals dissolve. This method is more suitable when working with water, mainly due to faster preparation.

Good tip 1:
In the first stage, the gelatin hardens for a long time, more than an hour even if it is in a cold place. After this phase, it hardens again very quickly. Gelatin hardens faster if it is in a lower, wide container than in a higher, narrow container.

Good tip 2:
If during preparation the liquid mixture of gelatin / hardener becomes too solid or not all crystals are dissolved or lumps are formed, we recommend heating in the microwave for 10-20 seconds and stirring again until dissolved. It must not be cooked!

Good tip 3:
If we want the gelatin / stiffener to be softer, foamier when dissolving the crystals in water / milk, beat it with a whisk for about 3 minutes at a higher speed and then it will foam beautifully. Next, we will use it according to the recipe in yogurt, whipped cream, cream, mixed fruit...

Good tip 4:
If we want to eat the gelatin dessert on the same day, we use a little less water and it hardens sooner.

Good tip 5:
We shorten the hardening of the gelatin at each stage if we put it in the refrigerator and speed it up even more if we put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes at the beginning of cooling. WARNING! It must not be frozen, only allowed to cool.

Good tip 6:
We never pour the gelatin directly on the body, because it would soak it. First, coat the body with a thick layer of jam or filling and slowly pour the gelatin with a spoon when it starts to gel.

Good tip 7:
If we are preparing a dessert consisting of several layers of gelatin or thickener, let each layer harden well and pour the next layer slowly and well cooled.

Recommendation of experts

Mix 1 KL of powdered gelatin daily, e.g. into yogurt or milk, water and drink. In case of problems, we will soon feel relief or avoid these problems by prevention.
