Gluten-free and egg-free sour milk cake
Dough (cup 250 ml)
- 700 ml sour milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 glasses of Cake mix Liana
- 2 glasses of granulated sugar
- 1/2 KL Baking soda Liana
- 1 - 2 KL Liana dark cocoa
Cream
Next we need

- Mix sour milk, oil, cake mix and sugar. Add baking soda and cocoa. Mix everything together with a mixer so that a uniform dough is formed.
- Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with paper and spread evenly.
- Bake in a heated oven for approximately 20 minutes at 175°C.
- In the meantime, prepare the cream: Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Mix with yogurt/sour cream.
- Spread the cooled cake with, for example, fruit in jelly/jam to taste.
- Spread the cream evenly on top. The cake can be decorated with nuts or freeze-dried fruit.
