  • 1 KL granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  1. We prepare yeast from 100 ml of lukewarm water, yeast and sugar, which we leave to rise for about 10 minutes.
  2. Put the rest of the ingredients, the prepared yeast into the food processor and make the dough, which we leave to rise for an hour.
  3. Shape the dumpling with oiled hands, coat it with oil on all sides and place it in the steamer. Steam for 25 minutes.
