  • 400 ml lukewarm water
  • 20 g of fresh yeast
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 4 spoons of oil

1. Cook the smoked meat and let the cooking water cool.

2. Cut the baguettes into circles and half the baguettes into small cubes.

3. Fill the baguette circles with water from the smoked meat.

4. Wring it out and put it in a bowl.

5. Add chopped smoked meat and eggs, season with vegetables, black pepper and chopped chives. Mix and add the reserved baguette cubes at the end.

6. Grease the baking sheet with grease and spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet.

7. Rub the top with ointment as well.

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for 45 minutes until the baba is beautifully red and crispy.

9. Cut into portions.

Baguette procedure:

2. We shape baguettes.

4. Cover with foil and leave to rise for another 40 minutes.

5. Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.

6. It is better to bake baguettes a day in advance.
