Gluten-free fresh fruit dessert with vitamins
Corps
- 4 eggs
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 5 PL water
- 50 ml of oil
- 200 g Cake mix Liana
Filling
- 10 g Liana food gelatin
- 30 ml of milk
- 250 ml of whipping cream
- 40 g Liana vanillin sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 500 g of sour cream
Jelly
- 900 ml water with fruit infusion
- 2 pcs Vitamin drink in powder LianaVIT orange
- 2 pcs Golden cream Liana
Next we need
- apricot jam
- canned peaches/ mandarins
- Beat the eggs with granulated sugar until foamy. Gradually add water and oil. Finally, lightly mix the cake mix by hand with a whisk. Pour the dough onto a deep baking tray greased with oil and sprinkled with flour. Spread evenly. Bake for approx. 20 minutes at 175°C. Let it cool down.
- Let the gelatin swell in the milk.
- Clean the top of the body, spread it with apricot jam and arrange the drained fruit.
- Whip the whipping cream, add the sour cream and the swollen gelatin dissolved in the microwave while constantly whisking at high speed. Sweeten to taste and pour over the fruit. Let it harden in the cold for about 1-2 hours.
- Boil 600 ml of water, including the fruit pickle. Mix LianaVIT vitamin drinks and Zlaté krémy in the remaining water. Pour into boiling water. Mix until thickened, set aside and let cool. Lightly pour slightly cooled jelly, not hot, onto the hardened filling.
- Let it harden in the cold.
For the classic version, replace the cake mix with semi-coarse flour and baking powder.
