1. Mix lukewarm water with honey and apple cider vinegar in a glass. Pour the remaining ingredients into a food processor, add a mixture of water, honey and vinegar and mix briefly. The ingredients must be combined into a compact dough. The dough will be sticky. Let it stand for about 10 minutes.

2. Heat the oven to 200°C. We will also heat the tray that will be used for the brew.

3. Shape the rested dough into a loaf shape with wet hands and place it in a bowl or on a baking sheet on which we will bake bread. Line the tray with baking paper.

4. Dip a plastic spatula in water and smooth the loaf. Cut the top, sprinkle with water and put in a heated oven. Pour approx. 250 ml of boiling water onto the tray that will be used for the brew. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 180°C. Remove the bottom sheet with water and bake for another 20-25 minutes. After baking, leave to cool on a wire rack.

A good tip:
The dough is sticky, so it is convenient to handle it with wet hands or to shape it with a wet wooden spoon.
