You don't need a scale to weigh the ingredients, a simple mug will do! We get the marble cake effect by alternately pouring light and dark batter.

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy for about 3 minutes. Add ¾ cup of oil, 1 and ¼ cups of milk and just mix the cake mix by hand.
  2. Separate less than half of the dough into the second container. Mix 1 tbsp of cocoa in 2 tbsp of milk and mix in a separate, smaller part.
  3. Layer white and dark dough into the silicone cake mold. Bake at 170°C for 45-50 minutes.

A good tip:
If we use a silicone cake mold, there is no need to wipe it with any fat.
