Marble mug gluten-free cake
- 2 cups Cake mix Liana
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 and ¼ cup milk
- ¾ cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 PL Liana dark cocoa
Next we need
- mug with a volume of 250 ml
- Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy for about 3 minutes. Add ¾ cup of oil, 1 and ¼ cups of milk and just mix the cake mix by hand.
- Separate less than half of the dough into the second container. Mix 1 tbsp of cocoa in 2 tbsp of milk and mix in a separate, smaller part.
- Layer white and dark dough into the silicone cake mold. Bake at 170°C for 45-50 minutes.
A good tip:
If we use a silicone cake mold, there is no need to wipe it with any fat.
