Wilton red gel food coloring. The highly concentrated color enables bold and vivid colors even in small applications. The gel is very well fixed in the mass, without adding water. It is suitable for coloring icing, food materials, creams or royal icing. The gel form of the paint facilitates dosing and reduces the possibility of spillage or dispersal of the dye. Universal and easy to use.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant: E422, water, dye : E129 - (may have a harmful effect on the activity and attention of children), gelling agent: agar E406, preservative potassium sorbate E202, citric acid E330, sodium citrate E331. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, seafood, celery, sesame, mustard - the color is produced in the plant where the mentioned products are processed. The color is not intended for direct consumption. The maximum dose is 1.4 g / 100 g.
