Wilton red gel food coloring. Highly concentrated color allows for bold and vibrant colors even in small applications. The gel fixes very well into the mass, without adding water. It is suitable for coloring icing, food masses, creams or royal icing. The gel form of the color makes it easier to dispense and reduces the possibility of spilling or scattering the color. Versatile and easy to use.

Usage: add a small amount of food coloring to the finished cream

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant: E422, water, colour: E110, E102, E122, gelling agent: agar E406, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, citric acid E330, sodium citrate E331. Colours E102 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soya, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, seafood, celery, sesame, mustard - the colour is produced in a plant that processes the above products.
The colour is not intended for direct consumption. The maximum dose is 110mg g / 100g. Contains traces of fat, sugar, protein and salt - no nutritional information required. Store in a dry and dark place.
