Wilton gel food coloring. Highly concentrated color allows for bold and vibrant colors even in small applications. The gel fixes very well into the mass, without adding water. It is suitable for coloring icing, food masses, creams or royal icing. The gel form of the color makes it easier to dispense and reduces the possibility of spilling or scattering the color. Versatile and easy to use.

Usage: add a small amount of food coloring to the finished cream.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, humectant: E422, sugar, water, colour: E110, E102, starch, citric acid E330, sodium citrate E331, Agar E406, preservative potassium sorbate E202. Colour E102, E110 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soya, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame and molluscs.

The paint is not intended for direct consumption. The maximum dose is 270 mg / 100g. Store in a dry and dark place up to 25 °C.
