Who are you and what do you do?
We are a private company with over twenty years of history and tradition in the food industry. We are based in Raslavice. We are engaged in the production and packaging of powdered food products. Since our inception, we have gone through various stages of development and expanded our production to include flavored sugars, baking powders, cooking powders, preservatives, a range of household chemicals and more.

What raw materials do you use in your products?
The entire technological process of processing and packaging our products is subject to strict standards and principles of good manufacturing practice in accordance with HACCP and is in accordance with the current legislation of the Slovak Republic. The raw materials, ingredients, dyes and additives used by us must be of impeccable quality and of the required quality. The products we produce fall under the food codex, which is issued by the Ministry of Health. Also, import, storage and packaging must be impeccable in order to meet all necessary production norms and hygiene standards. The guarantors of the health safety of food in the Slovak Republic are the professional bodies of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic (Public Health Office) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Slovak Republic (State Veterinary and Food Administration).

Do you have a sample store to sell your products?
Yes. Our entire production portfolio and expanded range is available in the LIANA store in Raslavice, located at Hlavná 352/15.

Are your products available throughout Slovakia? If so, where can I purchase them?
You can find some of our products in wholesale chains KAUFLAND, TESCO, MILK AGRO, CBA, LABAŠ, FRESH, METRO and COOP Jednota. We distribute to food wholesalers as well as smaller chains and private stores in regions throughout Slovakia.

How is the distribution of your products?
We distribute the ordered goods to contractual partners within the framework of the agreed commercial and sales conditions using our own transport through our sales representatives. Distribution takes place weekly in the form of deliveries. Therefore, for timely and correct delivery of goods, we ask our partners to send their orders no later than the end of the working week.

Can your products be purchased in the Czech Republic?
Our customers in the Czech Republic can order goods through our e-shop.

I can't find your product in our store. How can I get it?
If for some reason you did not find the product you are looking for in your store, you can also order it through our e-shop, which is part of this website.

How can I shop in your e-shop?
You can shop immediately after registration. It is also possible to shop without registration. The terms and conditions of shopping in our e-shop can be found in the General Terms and Conditions, so we recommend that you study them carefully before shopping. When shopping in our e-shop, you can combine any available goods and the number of pieces you are interested in.

What is the delivery date for the ordered goods?
We hand over the goods - the package to the carrier within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. The package is then delivered on the following business days.

Is there a minimum order amount in the e-shop?
No.

How do you ship goods ordered from the e-shop and what are the payment options?
We send the ordered goods to customers via GLS - to their specified address in the order or via Parcelshop to their nearest delivery point or to a Balikobox.
And via Packet - to the dispensing point or to the Z-Box.

What are the payment options?
Before sending or completing the order, the customer has the option to choose a payment method. We offer payment on delivery (only for customers from the Slovak Republic), payment by bank transfer (so-called advance invoice , where after receiving the order we issue this invoice, which the customer pays into our account and then we send the goods), payment by card online , where this service is provided and secured by Global Payments. We also offer the option of ApplePay and GooglePay.

What should I do if my card payment does not go through?
This can also happen when paying by card. The window where we can enter payment details does not pop up, you do not have automatic pop-ups enabled, the time for entering card details has passed, you do not have card payment enabled, you have exceeded the limit for card payments on the internet,... There are many possibilities.
Don't despair. We can send you the goods on delivery (surcharge of €1.00), we can issue you a pro-forma invoice and after receiving the amount in our account we will send you the goods, or you can try placing the order again.
We are at your disposal for every opportunity.

What is the minimum shipping fee I pay when ordering through the e-shop?
The shipping fee is determined by the total weight of the ordered goods. Shipping fees are categorized into weight groups, where each group has a set price (more information can be found in the General Terms and Conditions).

Is shipping free in your e-shop?
Yes. When you purchase in the e-shop for at least 120 EUR including VAT, you do not pay shipping. In that case, we will pay the shipping for you.

I want to order goods through your e-shop, but the goods I am interested in are not in stock. What should I do?
In this case, please contact us by phone or email and check the availability of the product you are interested in. You can also set "Watch availability" on the page directly next to the product. If we have the product in stock, you will receive an email informing you that you can order it.

I am interested in regular subscriptions of your products. How do I get access to the wholesale offer and terms of sale?
Our employee will be happy to prepare an adequate price offer for our entire product portfolio and agree with you on other business and sales terms. Please contact the relevant employee in the Contact, Orders and Price Offers section.

I am a baker/confectioner. Can you prepare an offer for me for regular subscriptions? Do you also have larger packages of your products?
Yes. Of course, we will prepare an offer for you. Our offer includes not only retail packages, but also gastro packages intended not only for interested retail chains, gastronomic establishments and wholesale consumers.

I have a problem with your product, how can I complain or exchange it?
If you encounter a problem with our goods, or if you have received the wrong goods, you can contact us at any time. We will try to resolve your complaint as soon as possible and to your satisfaction. More information about complaints can be found in the Contact section.

QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

What is the minimum shelf life (BSP) of your products?

Does your baking soda product contain aluminum?
Based on accredited analysis carried out in March 2013: aluminum content <0.4 mg/kg of baking soda.

Is your product Golden Cream gluten-free?
Yes, it is gluten-free and does not contain any gluten.

Is your product Gingerbread Baking Powder gluten-free?
Yes, it is gluten-free and does not contain any gluten.

Is your product Clear Food Grade Gelatin of vegetable or animal origin?
This product is of animal origin (pork gelatin).

What is the recommended amount of gelatin?
The recommended daily dose is one teaspoon (mix into yogurt, for example, or dissolve in milk).

How many sachets of Mineral can I drink per day?
Regarding the Mineral product, we recommend a maximum of two bags per day.

What is the composition of the soda from the product Baking Soda?
NaHCO3.

Where can I use the product Baking Soda?
Baking soda is literally a miracle natural remedy for various ailments and has versatile uses. You can learn more about its uses by clicking on this link.

I bought your product Salajka - deer salt 20g and at home I discovered that the bag contained less than the amount declared on the packaging. Is this possible?
This product contains ammonium bicarbonate, which is used as a leavening agent in baked goods. It is a white powder with a slight ammonia odor. The ammonia odor disappears during baking in the oven. After opening the bag, or due to improper storage of the product itself, the contents of the package may be reduced or completely evaporated over time. Therefore, if you find such a product, we recommend that you replace it at the point of sale.

I drank water from my kettle that was left in the kettle after it was boiled with your Descaler. What should I do?
Our product does not contain any life-threatening chemical composition, so if you followed the instructions for use, you drank water in which citric acid and flavoring were dissolved. In the food industry, citric acid is used as a preservative and flavoring agent (it is often referred to as the additive E 330).

I found the product Whipped cream stiffener in your offer. What is stiffener and how is it prepared?
Due to its quick and easy preparation, this product is ideal for ice creams, desserts, cakes and fillings. We offer it in various flavors. Some stiffeners already contain freeze-dried fruit (strawberries, cherries), which taste like fresh fruit in the filling. With the whipped cream stiffener, you can quickly prepare delicious fillings for your desserts and cakes.
Just mix the thickener in water or milk and stir into well-beaten whipped cream and the filling is ready. You will have a fluffy and firm filling for desserts and cakes. Those who do not like fillings with added vegetable butters will definitely like this filling. Another advantage is the quick preparation, as you do not have to cook any creams and wait for them to cool. Each of the flavors of the thickeners will give your desserts and cakes an unmistakable taste. For fruit flavors, we recommend adding fruit to the fillings.

How much filling can I make from a 100g package of stiffener?
By adding 0.5 L of liquid whipped cream, approx. 1 dcl of water (water dosage according to individual types of stiffeners) and a 100g package of stiffener, you will get a fluffy mixture with which you can prepare a cake or dessert.

I am interested in an even larger product package than what you offer. Is this realistic?
It depends on the specific product in question, as we are not technologically able to package all of our products in the packaging you require. In this case, please contact us directly and we will be happy to explore options to satisfy your request.
