Wilton pink gel food coloring. The highly concentrated color enables bold and vivid colors even in small applications. The gel is very well fixed in the mass, without adding water. It is suitable for coloring icing, food materials, creams or royal icing. The gel form of the paint facilitates dosing and reduces the possibility of spillage or dispersal of the dye. Universal and easy to use.

Use: add a small amount of dye to the finished cream

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant: E422, water, coloring: E122, E102, starch, agar, preservative potassium sorbate E202, citric acid E330, sodium citrate E331. Dye E102 and E122 can have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame and shellfish.

The color is not intended for direct consumption. The maximum dose is 0.76 g / 100 g. Contains traces of fat, sugar, protein and salt - no nutritional information required. Store in a dry and dark place.
