Cookie dough
- 200 g of biscuits
- 100 g of butter
Filling
- 1 kg soft cottage cheese
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 2 eggs
- 2 units Liana vanilla sugar
- 10 spoons of granulated sugar
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 pc Golden cream Liana
Frosting
- 200 g caramel condensed milk
- 2 spoons of milk
- pinch of salt
1. Mix the ground biscuits with the melted butter.
2. Press onto the bottom of a cake tin lined with baking paper.
3. Mix Liana's golden cream with milk and add it to the other ingredients for the filling. Mix everything together with a spoon and pour it over the biscuit mixture.
4. Bake at 170 °C for about 45 minutes.
5. Heat the salko with milk and a pinch of salt in the microwave and mix until smooth.
6. Spread on hot cheesecake. Let it cool down.
