A set of gel food colors designed for coloring confectionery coatings and decorations. Thanks to the highly concentrated color, they allow you to achieve bold and vibrant colors even with small amounts. You apply the gel color directly to the material. You do not need to dilute it with water. Mix before use.

Main uses : marzipan, cream, icings, jams, jellies, ice creams, beverages, alcohol,....

Dosage: Start with the smallest amount of dye possible. Slowly increase the dosage until you reach the desired color, and at home we recommend dosing with a toothpick. Estimated dosage 0.5-3 g per 1 kg of weight.
For subtle shades, smaller doses are sufficient (even from 0.1 g/kg), for more intense colors, more dye can be added (up to 20 g/kg).
In case of large quantities, the dye can migrate and liquefy the marzipan and sugar mass.

Gel colours can be mixed with each other. The colours are based on glucose-sugar syrup, contain a minimal amount of water (from 2% to 10% depending on the colour), which allows for limited colouring of fats after emulsification.

Colors: ecru, sunny yellow, pink, red, purple, blue, pistachio green and black.

Colours : ecru: E110, E102, E124, E133, E172. sunflower yellow: E102, pink: E122, E151, red: E122, E129, purple: E122, E133, blue: E133, pistachio green: E102, E133, black: E155, E172, E122, E133. Colours E102, E110, E122, E129, E124 may have an adverse effect on the activity and attention of children. Store in a dry and dark place.
