
Strawberry cheesecake
Cookie dough
- 200 g of butter biscuits
- 100 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of milk
Strawberry filling
- 150 ml of milk
- 1 pc Liana whipped cream delight
- 500 g soft cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons (100 g) powdered sugar
- 12 g Liana food gelatin
- 50 ml of milk
- 50 g Liana strawberry whipped cream stabilizer
- 50 g of mixed strawberries
Frosting
- 50 g Liana strawberry whipped cream stabilizer
- 40 ml of water
- 70 g Liana white chocolate
- 30 ml of whipping cream
For decoration
- strawberries, strawberry shavings
1. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and milk and press them into the bottom of a cake tin lined with baking paper. Put in the refrigerator.
2. Strawberry filling: Whip the whipped cream delight and strawberry whipped cream stabilizer in milk, add soft cottage cheese, powdered sugar and swollen, melted gelatin in milk. We can cut pieces of strawberries into the filling. Pour onto the cookie dough and refrigerate.
3. Mix the strawberry stabilizer in water. Heat the chocolate and cream until the chocolate melts. Immediately pour the prepared hardener. Mix and strain through a sieve. Pour over the hardened cheesecake. We refrigerate until the next day. We decorate according to fantasy, e.g. strawberries and strawberry shavings.
