- 180 g softened butter
- 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 50 g Liana rice flour
- 130 g Universal Mix Liana
- 3 tablespoons Liana fine potato starch
- 80 g Chocolate 70% Liana
- 5 tablespoons of milk
- 2 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- Beat the softened butter with sugar until foamy. Gradually add rice flour, Universal mix with salt and potato starch.
- Dissolve the chocolate in milk in a water bath and add to the dough.
- Beat the egg whites stiff and gently work them into the dough. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare a decorative bag and sheets with baking paper. Transfer the dough to a piping bag and spray different shapes on the baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
