Usage:
When cooking - to thicken soups, stews, sauces, fruit juices, meat and meatless dishes of Chinese and Asian cuisine.
Potato starch does not form lumps, giving the food a velvety appearance.
When baking - it can be used to soften cakes, cookies, and pastries by replacing part of the flour (1/4) with potato starch.
Ingredients: potato starch. The product is gluten-free.
