Usage:
When cooking - to thicken soups, stews, sauces, fruit juices, meat and meatless dishes.
When baking - to thicken fillings that are further cooked, to soften cakes, cookies, and pastries, by replacing part of the flour (1/4) with cornstarch.
Food thickened with cornstarch will be smoother.

Ingredients: corn starch. The product is gluten-free.
