Prospona plum jam is a unique, traditional product obtained from plum puree and sugar thickened by evaporation. Thanks to its suitable consistency, it is suitable for manual and automatic dosing. Ideal for filling cookies, gingerbread, filling donuts, buns, gingerbread, cake crusts.

Ingredients: plum puree (contains sulfur dioxide), sugar. 160 g of fruit was used for 100 g of jam. Protect from sunlight and frost. After opening, keep refrigerated for a maximum of two days.
