Prospona plum jam is a unique, traditional product obtained from plum puree and sugar thickened by evaporation. Due to its suitable consistency, it is suitable for both manual and automatic dosing. Ideal for filling cookies, gingerbread, donut filling, buns, gingerbread, cake bodies.

Ingredients: plum puree (contains sulfur dioxide), sugar. 160 g of fruit were used for 100 g of jam. Protect from sunlight and frost. After opening, keep refrigerated for a maximum of two days.
