Prospona jams are products with a gel-like consistency, made from fresh or frozen fruit with the addition of sugar and pectin during cooking. Perfect for coating and layering confectionery products, for filling confectionery products after baking, as a decoration for desserts and various gastronomic dishes.

Ingredients: sugar, strawberries, water, gelling agent - pectin, acidity regulator - citric acid. 160 g of fruit were used for 100 g of jam. Protect from sunlight and frost. After opening, keep refrigerated for a maximum of two days.
