Coating and modeling material with a higher sugar content, snow-white color and fine consistency for coating and modeling. It is suitable for preparing sheets for covering cakes and for modeling. It can be dyed entirely or only on the surface with water- or fat-soluble food colors.
Ingredients : sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm, coconut), water, humectant glycerol, thickener: E415, citric acid, aroma. May contain milk, sulphites and nuts. Store in a dry place up to 20°C.
