Royal glaze is suitable for decorating gingerbread, gingerbread, figurines. It can be a fun and creative process! Save time making royal icing so you can enjoy decorating and creating more. Just add water to get this really nice thick frosting. You can change the consistency according to your preference by adding water. This makes Royal Icing ideal for decorating cakes as well as icing cookies. The royal icing then hardens completely and can be colored in any desired color using food coloring.
Add water only to form a firm glaze. The consistency can be easily adjusted by adding more or less water.
Content: 450 g
Preparation: Add 55 ml of water to 450 g of the sifted mixture. Mix the glaze for approx. 7-10 minutes on low speed for a stiff white frosting. The frosting is done when it's bright white, loses its shine, and you can pull the tops that don't fall off. If you are using a hand mixer, be careful that it doesn't get stuck!
Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of water per 200 g of frosting for a medium consistency, or 2 teaspoons of water for a thin consistency.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup (dried), free-range egg white (dried) , acid: E330. May contain traces of: gluten, milk, soy and lupine.
