Pistachio cream 30% pistachios 200g

A paste with a soft consistency and an intense pistachio flavor. Ideal for adding flavor and color to creams, mousses, ice cream, cakes, but also for flavoring smoothies, milkshakes or yogurts.

Ingredients: pistachios 30 %, sugar, vegetable oil (cottonseed and sunflower), chickpea powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, vanilla flavor. May contain traces of walnuts, cashews, peanuts and gluten. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 15 - 20°C.
