Paste from the Fun Cakes brand with caramel flavor for flavoring desserts, cream, custard, cottage cheese and ice cream. Also suitable for baking. At temperatures above 200 °C, the taste of the paste will be less pronounced.
Ingredients: glucose syrup, burnt sugar (40%), sugar, water, aroma, thickener: E440, E407, acidity regulator: E330. May contain traces of eggs, milk and nuts. Recommended dosage: 20g of paste per 500g of mass. Store in a dry and dark place .
