Caramel chocolate with a rich flavor, beautiful golden brown color and smooth texture. Suitable for coating, ganache, fillings and baking.
Application: Requires tempering. Recommended coating temperature: 30 - 33°C. Heating temperature maximum 53°C. Viscosity: 0.9 - 1.3 Pas (45°C).
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, caramel powder (22%) (skimmed milk powder, sweet whey powder , sugar, butter ), sweet whey powder , milk fat, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: E322, natural vanilla flavor. The product contains sunflower/rapeseed lecithin. May contain eggs, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulphites and products thereof. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 23 °C and a relative humidity of 70%.
