Chocolate with a high proportion of quality cocoa butter (37.9%) and milk solids (min. 20.3%) with a delicate, milky taste, a fresh buttery profile and an ivory color.
Use: Suitable for coating, ganache, fillings and baking. Requires tempering. Recommended coating temperature: 30 - 33 °C. Heating temperature maximum 53 °C. Viscosity: 0.4 - 0.6 Pas (45 °C).
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, lactose, skimmed milk powder , emulsifier: E322, aroma. The product contains sunflower/rapeseed lecithin. May contain eggs, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulphites and products thereof. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 23 °C and a relative humidity of 70%.
Energy value per 100g of product: 2521 kJ / 606 kcal, fat 42 g, of which saturated 26 g, carbohydrates 52 g, of which sugars 52 g, protein 4.3 g, salt 0.20 g.
