Use: Suitable for coating, ganache, fillings and baking. Requires tempering. Recommended coating temperature: 30 - 33 °C. Heating temperature maximum 70 °C. Viscosity: 2.7 - 3.3 Pas (45 °C).

Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322, E476, aroma. The product contains sunflower / rapeseed lecithin. May contain eggs, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulfites and products thereof. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 23 ° C and a relative humidity of 70%.
