TopCake Creamy Milk Chocolate 800g

Milk chocolate with a high content of high-quality cocoa butter and cocoa solids, a delicate milky taste and a fresh buttery profile. Suitable for coating, ganache, fillings and baking.

Application: Requires tempering. Heating temperature maximum 55°C. Viscosity: 0.4 - 0.6 Pas (45°C).

Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, fat-reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: E322. The product contains sunflower/rapeseed lecithin. May contain eggs, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulphites and products thereof. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 23 °C and a relative humidity of 70%.

Energy value per 100g of product: 2461 kJ / 592 kcal, fat 42 g, of which saturated 26 g, carbohydrates 46 g, of which sugars 45 g, protein 6.6 g, salt 0.20 g.
