Genuine Belgian chocolate with a balanced taste of milk, cocoa and caramel. Suitable for making sweets, chocolates, pralines or glazing cakes.
Use: melt in the microwave (melting at max. 800 - 1000 W in a bowl. Stir well every 15-20 seconds.) or in a water bath. Stop heating when the coins are almost completely melted - small pieces of the substance are still visible. Stir until the substance is completely smooth and melted and then process as needed. Leave to set freely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 20 °C.
