Real Belgian chocolate with a balanced milk taste. Suitable for making sweets, chocolate, pralines or glazing cookies.
Use: melt in a microwave oven (heating at max. 800-1000 W in a bowl. Mix well every 15-20 seconds.) or in a water bath. Stop heating when the money is almost completely melted - small pieces of the substance are still visible. Mix until the mixture is completely smooth and melted, then process as needed. Allow to set freely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 20 °C.
