Genuine Belgian chocolate with a perfect caramel-cocoa taste. Suitable for making sweets, chocolates, pralines, icing and also for preparing hot chocolate.
Use: Melt in the microwave, melting at max. 800 - 1000 W in a bowl (stir well every 15-20 seconds), or in a water bath. Stop heating when the coins are almost completely melted - small pieces of the substance are still visible. Stir until the substance is completely smooth and melted and then process as needed. For a more liquid consistency, add a few drops of oil. Leave to set freely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, lactose , whey powder , skimmed milk powder , caramelized sugar (2%), emulsifier: E322 soy lecithin, salt, natural vanilla flavor, whey powder. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 12 - 20 °C.
