Baked popsicles

White chocolate frosting
- 200 g Chocolate White Liana
- 70 g solidified fat
Dark chocolate topping
- 150 g Chocolate Liana 70%
- 90 g solidified fat
- a drop of oil
Next we need
- food gel colors
- confectionery sprinkles
- dried edible flowers
- chocolate pearls
- edible gold
- pistachios
- Crumble the carcass, add mascarpone and jam. We adjust the quantity to the number of forms.
- Press into the mold, smooth, put on the chopsticks and let it harden in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
- We prepare the white chocolate coating by melting chocolate with solidified fat. For a whiter chocolate color, add white food coloring.
- We can color the glaze with any gel color.
- We prepare the dark chocolate coating by melting the chocolate with solidified fat, adding a drop of oil for a better shine.
- Take the hardened popsicles out of the mold, dip them in the prepared toppings and decorate them according to your imagination.

Mascarpone can be replaced with boiled pudding or condensed milk.
