Creamy dessert with vanilla flavor. UHT-treated. Ideal for preparing desserts and pastry fillings in combination with whipped vegetable cream.

Ingredients: cream 87%, sugar, gelatin, maltodextrin, thickener: carrageenan, guar gum, stabilizer E450, flavor.

Storage conditions: min. +4°C and max. +24°C, after opening, consume within 3 days.

Instructions for use: Heat slowly to 40-50°C, until liquid consistency. Do not boil! Fill into small molds and let stand at room temperature for 10-20 minutes. Then cool in the refrigerator (+4 to +8°C) for about 4 hours. Before serving, turn out of the molds and decorate as desired.
