Caramel mirror glaze suitable for cold and warm use. Intended for pouring and coating confectionery products.
Use: Heat the required amount of mirror coating in a microwave oven or in a water bath at a temperature of 50-55°C. Then mix lightly to avoid air bubbles (don't beat!!!). Then, coat the products with the glaze using a spatula. The topping can also be used without heating. In this case, mix briefly with a spatula and rub.
Ingredients: caramel 97% (sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, water, modified starch, thickener: agar E406, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, flavoring, citric acid E330, color: cosine E120. May contain traces of milk. Store in a dry place at temperature up to 20°C.
