Cheesecake in a glass
A quick appetizer for an unannounced visit. Cheesecake in a glass with two creams and delicious fruit in jelly.

Cookie layer
- 200 g of butter biscuits
- 80 g of butter
Cream
- 250 g of mascarpone
- 250 g soft cottage cheese
- 250 ml sour cream / white yogurt
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 bag Vanillin sugar Liana
- 1 PL Liana lemon glaze or lemon peel
Cream 2
- 300 ml of milk
- 2 bags (60g) Whipped cream delight Liana/powdered whipped cream
- 1 bag Whipped cream stabilizer raspberry Liana or another flavor
Next we need
- 300 g of fruit in jelly - forest mixture / strawberries / raspberries
- Grind or crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter.
- Mix mascarpone, cottage cheese, sour cream. Add powdered and vanilla sugar, Liana lemon glaze or lemon zest.
- Whip whipped cream delight and raspberry whipped cream stabilizer in 300 ml of milk.
- Place the biscuits on the bottom of the glasses, layer the cream cheese, raspberry cream and add the fruit in jelly on top. Let it harden in the refrigerator.
