Stabilizer for whipped creams, raspberry-flavored fillings for preparing desserts, cups, pastries and cakes.
Dosage:
100g Stabilizer + 0.250 L lukewarm water + 0.5 L vegetable whipping cream
100g Stabilizer + 0.05 L lukewarm water + 0.5 L animal whipped cream
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water or milk. Immediately stir into the semi-whipped whipped cream with an electric whisk. Whisk until desired consistency. For animal whipped cream, whisk very briefly because it may over-whisk. You can sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared base. Leave to stabilize in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, pork gelatin, modified starch E1414, flavoring, natural beetroot extract, carmine, acidity regulator: citric acid. The product is gluten-free.
