Stabilizer for whipped creams and fillings with blueberry flavor
Dosage:
200 g stabilizer + 0.3 l lukewarm water + 1 l vegetable whipping cream
200 g stabilizer + 0.1 l lukewarm water + 1 l animal whipped cream
(the dosage of stiffener also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water. Alternatively, mix it into the semi-whipped whipped cream with an electric whisk. Whisk until desired consistency. For animal whipped cream, whisk very briefly because it may over-whisk. You can sweeten it to taste and add fruit. Use immediately according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared base. Leave to stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, gelatin, aroma, natural black carrot extract, acidity regulator: citric acid. The product is gluten-free.
