Stabilizer for whipped creams and fillings with cherry aroma.
Dosage:
200 g stabilizer + 0.3 l lukewarm water + 1 l vegetable whipping cream
200 g stabilizer + 0.1 l lukewarm water + 1 l animal whipped cream
(the dosage of stiffener also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use: Mix the stabilizer in water. Immediately mix with an electric whisk into the semi-whisked vegetable whipped cream. Whisk until desired consistency. You can sweeten to taste and add fruit. Use immediately according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared base. Leave to stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1 - 2 hours.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, pork gelatin, flavor, acidity regulator: citric acid, natural black carrot extract. The product is gluten-free.
