Stabilizer for whipped creams and fillings with neutral aroma
Dosage:
200 g stabilizer + 0.3 l lukewarm water + 1 l vegetable whipping cream
200 g stabilizer + 0.1 l lukewarm water + 1 l animal whipped cream
(the dosage of stiffener also depends on the density of the whipped cream used)
Instructions for use : Mix the stabilizer in water. Immediately stir into the semi-whipped whipped cream with an electric whisk. Whisk to the desired consistency. For animal whipped cream, whisk very briefly because it may over-whisk. You can sweeten it to taste and add fruit. Use immediately according to the recipe in molds or on the prepared base. Leave to stabilize in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours. The dosage of the stiffener also depends on the density of the whipped cream used.
Ingredients: sugar, dextrose, modified starch E1414, gelatin. The product is gluten-free.
